Got questions?
Well, we've got answers

Do I need perfect English?

No. A communicative level is enough — this is a safe space, and nobody judges your accent or mistakes.

When exactly does the group start?

We are currently collecting applications. Consultations and qualification meetings are planned for February 2026, and the group is expected to start in March 2026. Sessions will take place on Saturday mornings.

You will be informed about the exact start date during your first meeting with the psychologist, provided that the psychologist assesses group support as appropriate for you.

How does the qualification consultation work?

The consultation usually lasts about 30 minutes and takes place in English directly with the psychologist running the group. The specialist will talk with you about your needs, motivation, and any difficulties you may have.

After the consultation, a decision is made regarding your eligibility to join the group. It may also happen that the psychologist recommends individual support if it turns out to be more appropriate and safe for you.

Do I have to share personal stories in the group?

You only share what you feel comfortable with. The psychologist ensures the comfort and safety of every participant.

Is it possible to withdraw during the cycle and receive a refund for unused sessions?

The group has a closed format with 6–8 participants, so we cannot replace you with a new person during the cycle.

Withdrawal during the cycle:
We do not provide refunds for unused sessions — leaving the group disrupts the group process and makes it impossible to maintain the full group composition, which the cost calculation is based on.

Withdrawal before the start:
A refund is possible no later than one week before the first meeting, and only if there is someone on the waiting list to take the vacant spot. In that case, we refund the fee minus a 10% organizational cost deduction.

To prevent withdrawals during the cycle, it is recommended to openly discuss your needs during the initial consultation.
